First, a free 30-minute call. Tell me what you’re working on, and we’ll see whether I can help.

If there’s a fit, we begin with a 90-minute working session on the key business decisions you want to navigate together. It’s $1,125.

Advisory: Access to my perspective. You drive the work. I help you decide.
Project: A defined outcome. I work alongside your team to reach it.
Retained / fractional: A mission or charter. I take it on as part of your team.

One agreement establishes the relationship, so we can move between advisory, projects and ongoing work as needed.
