Background
I’ve spent more than two decades working with businesses and the technology they depend on. I started in consulting, first at Burwood Group and then in Akamai’s professional services, working directly with customers across e-commerce, financial services, media, manufacturing, healthcare, and many other industries.
In 2011, I moved into product management at Akamai. Over the next fifteen years, I launched new products, grew product lines with hundreds of millions in ARR, and helped decide which bets were worth making as its security business grew through billion-dollar scale.
Some decisions should take minutes, and some should take weeks. I help teams tell which is which, commit, and deliver.
I also build with AI, hands-on: systems for my own work, tools for solo founders, and real deployments I keep refining as things change. It keeps my advice practical. And I’m troubleshooting my golf swing, with mixed results.
